New York Police Tuesday arrested a man and are questioning him as part of the investigation into at least four firebombing attempts here, targeting an Islamic centre, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said.The commissioner said he hoped the man from Jamaica, Queens, a borough of New York City, would lead to a successful conclusion of the case.The police picked up the man as he approached a car described by witnesses and caught on surveillance tape at the scene of one of the attacks, according to media reports.The person has a history of substance abuse problems, and may have been acting out of rage, the reports said.
