Brazilian oil startup HRT Participacoes em Petroleo SA (HRTP3.BR) wants to list shares in New York and Toronto, part of the company’s plan to be one of the world’s largest independent oil producers, Chief Executive Marcio Rocha Mello said Tuesday.

“My dream is to list in Toronto and New York,” Mello said during a Webcast with investors in New York. The executive declined to give a timeline for the listing, saying that the company needs to increase in size before making such a move.
